Dahua Wireless Indoor Dual-Tech Motion Detector – 868MHz, PIR + Microwave & Pet Immunity (DHI-ARD2231-W2-868)

Upgrade your interior intrusion security with the Dahua Wireless Indoor Dual-Tech Motion Detector (DHI-ARD2231-W2-868)! Combining Passive Infrared (PIR) body heat sensing with 24GHz microwave Doppler radar, this advanced dual-technology detector eliminates false alarms caused by thermal drafts, sunlight reflections, or HVAC airflow. Integrated into the Dahua AirShield wireless security ecosystem, it delivers reliable detection for challenging indoor environments while maintaining complete immunity to household pets. 🏠🐾

🌟 Key Features

• 🛡️ Dual-Technology Detection (PIR + Microwave): Combines passive infrared heat tracking with 24GHz microwave doppler radar; both sensors must trigger simultaneously to confirm a true intruder event.

• 🐾 Pet Immunity Protection: Smart digital signal processing ignores pets weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs), drastically reducing nuisance false alarms.

• 📡 868MHz Secure Two-Way Communication: Operates over long ranges up to 1,600 meters in open spaces, powered by AES-128 encryption and anti-jamming frequency hopping.

• 🌡️ Automatic Temperature Compensation: Adjusts sensitivity dynamically based on ambient room temperature to maintain accurate target detection during hot summer days.

• 🔋 Long Battery Life: Power-efficient design provides up to 3 years of continuous operation on a standard CR123A lithium battery.

• 🛡️ Tamper Protection Switch: Enclosure features front cover and back wall tamper switches that sound an immediate alarm if the device is opened or dismounted.

• 📲 DMSS Smartphone Integration: Remote configuration, signal level testing, battery monitoring, and real-time push notification management straight from your phone.

💡 Why You Should Buy This Product

• 🚫 Zero False Alarm Peace of Mind: Ideal for tricky spaces near air conditioners, drafty hallways, large windows, or fireplaces where standard PIR sensors fail.

• 🔌 Effortless Wire-Free Mounting: Battery-powered operation eliminates messy conduit runs and drilling during installation.

• 🐾 Pet-Friendly Operation: Allows small dogs and cats to move freely indoors without setting off your security system.
