Featuring a 115mm (4-1/2 inch) outer diameter with a standard 22.2mm center bore, this disc mounts directly onto small angle grinders, providing a smoother finish than standard rigid grinding wheels.

The disc is constructed with multiple overlapping abrasive flaps made from premium aluminum oxide grains resin-bonded onto a heavy-duty cloth backing. These flaps are arranged in a depressed-center (Type 29) angled layout, which optimizes the contact angle for flat surface sanding and edge contouring. As the outer layers wear down during operation, new abrasive grains are continuously exposed, ensuring a consistent material removal rate and a uniform finish throughout the lifespan of the disc while minimizing thermal buildup and workpiece discoloration.
